At Salomie Couture, each garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail, luxury materials, and couture-level workmanship. Due to the exclusive and often made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain the following return and refund policy.

Returns

We accept returns only on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Custom-made or altered garments
• Made-to-order pieces
• Sale or promotional items
• Accessories and special collections unless defective

Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered subject to product availability and approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
